Exchanges and Returns Process for USA
If you need to exchange or return an item you bought online, follow these simple steps:
- Send us an email at customerservice@majasportswear.com
- Provide your order number and the reason for the exchange/return.
- We will provide you with a parcel guide! For returns, once we receive the item back, the refund will be issued to the same payment method you used. For exchanges, the process will be explained to you then.
Keep in mind:
- Your item must be in perfect condition: unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags.
- For swimsuits and underwear, the hygienic liner must be intact.
- Returns must be for the complete product; partial returns are not accepted.
- You have up to 60 days from the receipt of your order to request an exchange or return.
- If the item you choose for the exchange is of a lower value, there is no cash refund. You can use the difference to buy another product. If the new item is of a higher value, you just pay the difference.
